Individual Member - Annual Dues $95.00 Individual members will have no rights and will not be able to hold office or serve on the Board of Governors. Members shall be selected from: - Mortgage Bankers and Mortgage Brokers whose principal business is the originating, closing, financing, marketing, and/or servicing of mortgage loans secured by real estate. Their principal office or a branch thereof must be in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware.
- Life, Fire & Casualty Insurance Companies which are in accord with the aims, objectives, and standards of the Association.
- Investment Funds, Pension Funds, Educational Institutions, and similar organizations, which invest a substantial portion of their assets in first liens on real estate and are in accord with the aims, objectives, and standards of the Association.
- Accountants who are Certified Public Accountants, or who represent one or more member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Greater Philadelphia in good standing.
- Appraisers who are members in good standing.
- Government agencies involved in housing finance or insurance.
- Investment companies which are engaged in marketing mortgage securities.
- Lawyers who are substantially involved in real estate and/or mortgage transactions.
- Private Mortgage Insurance Companies.
- Title Insurance Companies.
- Other firms which supply essential services to the mortgage banking industry.
I hereby make application for membership to the Mortgage Bankers Association of Greater Philadelphia. If approved, I agree to abide by the Bylaws and Canons of Ethics and Practice.
